ELCA Lutherans Palestinian Peace Not Walls Campaign-Major Breakthrough

The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) approved a resolution calling on the U.S. government to end all aid to Israel if Israel does not stop building settlements and “enable an independent Palestinian state." Voting at its triennial assembly in New Orleans that ended recently, the church also sought a halt to all investment in companies that profit from Israel’s occupation and called on the president of the United States to recognize the State of Palestine. The ELCA has joined several other mainline Christian denominations in calling for a just and peaceful resolution to the Israel/Palestine conflict. The War Of Words Against Russia Could Turn Hot

It should be obvious to an honest observer that the United States has a war based economy that needs creditable enemies to keep the war machine well oiled. Erik Prince and the Hired Killers In The Regime Change Business

Major Presidential Candidates Except the Bern Pledge Allegiance to AIPAC and Israel

US presidential candidates, without the blessings of AIPAC (American Israeli Public Affairs Committee) don't have a prayer of winning in the general elections. Front runners Hilary Clinton, Sen. Ted Cruz and Donald Trump understand this and delivered their "pledges of allegiance to Israel" speeches to the 18,000 delegates assembled at the recently held AIPAC convention in Washington, DC. Sen. Bernie Sanders was the noticeable exception. as he had declined the invitation from AIPAC to speak. Instead, he delivered some critical remarks, while on the campaign trail in Utah, about Israel's destructive policies against the Palestinians. What Does Israel Mean To You?

Christians in the United States are divided on what the word "Israel" means. Gaza Refugees Denied USA Asylum

Hebrews 10: 11-18 (Lesson 19)
